Why I created the workshop

During my twelve year corporate career I was fortunate to travel the world and work with global business teams, attend global conferences with clients, deliver presentations, train teams and meet with key decision makers, all of which required me to step up and deliver a consistent leadership image.

But there was this one incident that I’ll never forget. I witnessed a senior female executive wearing a pink velour tracksuit to the office. The General Manager called me into his office and asked if I thought that’s how people should dress for work.

At that very moment, I realised the disservice this talented and amazing woman was doing to herself and her leadership image. She failed to realise just how powerful her image is.

The sad reality is that she could go through her whole career dressing in a way that completely undermines her intelligence and experience. Throwing on the “it will do” outfit” in the hope that no-one will notice simply doesn’t work.

It was because of this moment that I decided to change career paths and become an internationally accredited Image consultant so I could help professional women just like you package their image in a way that truly reflects their position, experience and worth.
I don’t want to see another women throw away her years of hard work. My job as your image consultant is to help you achieve the personal style and business success you deserve.
